Hi! I’m Savannah! I have over 5 years of experience working with children of all ages, from infants to teenagers, in both educational and caregiving settings. I’m currently a Neuroscience PhD student, but before graduate school I worked as a long-term substitute teacher, an after-school teacher, and with special education programs. My experience has helped me become confident caring for children with a wide range of personalities, abilities, and needs. I love creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment where kids feel comfortable and parents have peace of mind. Whether we’re reading books, playing outside, making crafts, baking, helping with homework, or winding down for bedtime, I enjoy being actively involved and tailoring activities to each child’s interests and each family’s routine. I’m also happy to help with light household tasks such as tidying up toys, washing dishes after meals, preparing snacks, and keeping things organized. I have reliable transportation, I’m comfortable with pets, and I’m dependable, patient, and calm in any situation.
