About Grace

I'm currently pursuing my Master of Social Work at the University of Michigan. I love working with kids and have been for the past 5+ years. I have experience working as a nanny, in a childcare facility, in an afterschool care center, as a parent trainer, and as a registered behavior technician (RBT). I also have plenty of experience working with behaviorally challenged and neurodivergent children, as I worked at a behavior program known as Regional Intervention Program (RIP) and a ABA clinic, both in Nashville. Due to these experiences I am highly skilled in communicating with children, deescalating emotional outbursts, making regular activities fun, and handling tricky behaviors. Overall, children are my biggest passion and I can confidently handle any situation that is thrown my way! P. S. I am willing to share my resume upon request, and I can provide references.
