Hello, I’m a warm, dependable, and experienced caregiver with more than 10 years of experience working with children and families. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work with a concentration in child welfare and trauma informed care, and much of my professional background has focused on supporting children through a variety of developmental, behavioral, emotional, and family needs. I have experience working with children with autism, mental health concerns, behavioral challenges, and trauma histories. My approach is patient, nurturing, structured, and individualized because I understand that every child communicates, learns, and responds differently. I am mental health certified and CPR certified, and my education and professional experience have given me a strong foundation in child development, safety, emotional regulation, crisis awareness, and positive communication. Personally, I am caring, responsible, organized, and easygoing. I enjoy creating a safe environment where children can feel comfortable, have fun, learn, and be themselves. I also understand how important it is for parents to feel confident and at ease with the person caring for their child. My goal is always to provide dependable, compassionate care while treating every child with patience, respect, and kindness.
