Hello! My name is Rachel, and I’m a 28-year-old professional with a deep passion for nurturing children during their earliest and most formative years. I hold a degree in Early Childhood Education and spent over six years in daycare environments before transitioning into private nannying. During that time, I realized how valuable individualized care is—especially for infants—which led me to become a certified Newborn Care Specialist. I am also CPR-certified and offer overnight care, sleep training, and have hands-on experience with premature infants along side daytime infant care. My caregiving style is rooted in Montessori principles, creating a calm and respectful environment where infants and young children can thrive through independence and exploration. I strongly believe in nurturing both the child and the family, helping parents feel supported and confident during those early weeks and months. In my free time, I enjoy treasure-hunting at thrift stores and flea markets, exploring new small towns, and immersing myself in nature. I’m also a big fan of arts and crafts, and love turning DIY projects into creative, developmentally appropriate activities when the time is right. I’m excited to bring my experience, calm presence, and heartfelt dedication into a family’s home to support their child’s growth from the very beginning.
