Hi! I’m Molly! For more than seven years, I have had the privilege of caring for children from the newborn stage through the preteen years, supporting families in a variety of roles including full-time nanny, live-in nanny, family assistant, overnight nanny, and Newborn Care Specialist. My experience includes caring for infants, toddlers, school-aged children, twins, and larger sibling groups, giving me the confidence to adapt to each family's unique routines and each child's individual personality and developmental needs. I believe exceptional childcare goes far beyond supervision. My focus is on creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel secure, encouraged, and genuinely enjoy learning and exploring. I love planning hands-on activities, spending time outdoors, reading together, encouraging creativity, supporting schoolwork, and helping children build confidence, independence, and strong social-emotional skills. I strive to be a calm, consistent presence who provides both structure and warmth while fostering positive behavior through patience, communication, and respect. Along with providing attentive childcare, I enjoy supporting the overall flow of the household. I'm experienced with children's meal preparation, laundry, organizing bedrooms and play spaces, transporting children to school and activities, coordinating schedules, running family errands, packing for travel, and assisting with the daily responsibilities that help busy families stay organized. My goal is always to make life easier for parents while ensuring their children receive thoughtful, attentive, and developmentally appropriate care. Families often describe me as dependable, proactive, organized, and easy to communicate with. I take great pride in building long-term relationships based on trust, professionalism, and genuine care. Whether I'm caring for a newborn, keeping up with energetic toddlers, or helping school-aged children navigate their busy schedules, I am committed to providing the same level of dedication, patience, and compassion that I would want for my own family.
