Hello, I am Tessa, I am a responsible babysitter who is committed to fostering a warm, nurturing and encouraging environment for children while working closely with their families to ensure that all their needs are met. I have extensive experience looking after children of all ages, such as family members, friends and at one point mothers day out at our local church. Some strengths are: empathy, listening, communication, respectful, caring, productive, capable, adaptable, resourceful, flexible, conflict resolution, observant, safe and efficient, I am looking to utilize my skills and experience to help a family in need of part-time, occasional or date night. I truly love working with young kids and I approach each child as an individual who I get to help grow and teach. It makes life that much more exciting.
