Hi! My name is Sydnee, and I have several years of experience working with children of all ages. I currently work as a K–12 substitute teacher while pursuing my degree in social work, which has helped me develop strong communication, patience, problem-solving, and caregiving skills. Working in schools has given me experience managing different age groups, supporting children with various needs, and creating a safe, positive, and structured environment. I genuinely enjoy helping kids learn, grow, and have fun while making sure they feel comfortable and supported. I’m dependable, caring, organized, and understand how important it is for parents to have someone they can trust with their children. Whether it’s helping with routines, homework, meals, activities, or simply keeping little ones entertained, I always strive to make the experience positive for both kids and parents. I’m also comfortable with pets, light housekeeping, and helping maintain a consistent routine. I look forward to connecting with families and providing reliable, compassionate care!
