About Olivia

Compassionate, reliable, and experienced childcare provider since 2005 who combines safety, creativity, and consistency to support children's growth and family routines. I'm also an aunt of 3 nieces and 1 nephew who loves spending time with them and and helping them grow into the people they are becoming to be. I prioritize clear communication, respect household rules, and adapt to each child's temperament helping with homework, bedtime routines, meal prep, and positive behavior guidance while keeping the home organized and calm. Kids of all ages should have fun and I encourage and support their creative imagination joining in on games and activities while also making sure they are safe and having a good time. I am very skilled in behavior and time management. I also make sure and check with each parent over allergies or other dietary requirements and also if there is anything I should know about like if a child has had a bad day or if they can't stop raving about something. It's important for children to express themselves but I also follow and respect parental guidelines. In addition, I have many years experience with kids with autism and households with pets specifically cats, dogs, and fish.
