About Anja

Hi! My name is Anja, and I’m a student at Ohio University looking for a part-time nannying position. I’ve been babysitting and nannying for over five years and love working with kids of all ages. I worked at Sprague Elementary School for four years and was a camp counselor for their summer program. I was also part of a “Teaching Young Children” program in high school for three years, where I gained hands-on experience in a preschool classroom. In addition to regular babysitting, I’ve worked as a full-time summer nanny for multiple families, where I planned fun outings, kept consistent routines, and supported children’s learning and development during the break from school. I’m currently studying Hearing, Speech, and Language Sciences in college and hope to become a speech-language pathologist working with children. I’m a creative and responsible caregiver who enjoys incorporating learning and fun into everyday activities. I’m also a competitive baker—I placed first in state and qualified for nationals! I have a reliable car and am comfortable with school pick-ups, drop-offs, errands, or driving to after-school activities. I’m also happy to help with light housework, homework, or meal prep. My schedule is flexible around my classes—I’m available most mornings, evenings, and weekends. I do have class on Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:00–4:30 PM and on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:00–3:30 PM. I’d love to get to know your family and see if we’d be a good fit!
