About Nina

My name is Nina, and I am a long-time educator, tutor, scholar, and caregiver. I was born and raised in California to two wonderful Argentine parents -- making me a fully bilingual speaker (Spanish and English) and I am currently wrapping up my final undergraduate semester at NYU, where I study Applied Psychology. I have been working in the realm of education for over four years, largely focusing on supporting literacy and arithmetic skills for children of children. I have tutored in many subjects, including Spanish, Language Arts, Math, and History. Beyond my experience helping students in the classroom, I have also been responsible for leading extra-curricular activities, supporting creative development through music and art, teaching children vocations such as cooking and knitting, and helping support children with socio-emotional or behavioral challenges.
