About Angel
Hi families! I have over 9 years of hands-on childcare experience and truly love what I do. I’ve worked in a childcare center caring for newborns to 5-year-olds, taught 5th grade (and was honored as Rookie Teacher of the Year!), and spent 3 years as a full-time nanny starting when the little one was just 4 months old. I currently work as a children’s mental health therapist, supporting kids from birth to 15 who need extra care and understanding. This has deepened my patience, empathy, and ability to support children through all kinds of emotions. I come from a big Ethiopian family where love and togetherness mean everything to me, and I bring that same warmth into the families I work with. I love reading, music (I play piano!), and spending quality time with the people I care about.
