My name is Kyra L, and I have several years of experience caring for children in both family and professional settings. I have been babysitting my younger cousins for years, helping with daily routines, supervising activities, preparing meals, and creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment. In addition to my family experience, I have worked with the Bergen Beach Youth Organization (BBYO) for the past four years alongside the YMCA. Through these programs, I have gained valuable experience working with children of different ages by assisting with activities, encouraging teamwork, ensuring safety, and helping create positive experiences for every child. These experiences have strengthened my patience, communication skills, responsibility, and ability to connect with children and their families.
