About Kymri

Hi! My name is Kymri. I’m 20 years old and have several years of experience working with children of all ages, from newborns to preteens. I grew up around babies and young children, started helping with babysitting at age 10, and began paid babysitting at 13. Currently, I work as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where I support children on the autism spectrum and help them develop communication, social, and daily living skills. I love working with children because I enjoy building meaningful connections and being a positive influence in their lives. It’s incredibly rewarding to watch them learn, grow, and gain confidence. I also value supporting families by providing dependable care and creating a safe, nurturing, and structured environment where children can thrive. My experience includes supervising children, engaging them in age-appropriate activities such as games, crafts, and outdoor play, preparing meals and snacks (including accommodating dietary restrictions such as gluten allergies), and safely transporting children to and from school and activities. Through both babysitting and my work as an RBT, I have developed strong skills in communication, patience, behavior support, problem-solving, and maintaining a safe and attentive environment. I take pride in being reliable, responsible, and caring, and I look forward to the opportunity to support your family and help your children learn, grow, and have fun.
