About Ugonma

Hi! I'm Ugonma, I also go by Chi Chi and I’m an experienced caregiver with a background in education and youth development. I've worked as a substitute teacher and paraprofessional in K–12 classrooms, including special needs, where I've facilitated children's learning, safety, and emotional well-being over the course of two years. Additionally, I’ve worked as an after school instructor where I provided homework help, lesson planning, and social emotional support. I bring strong communication skills, reliability, and a calm, caring presence to every family I work with. Whether it's maintaining routines, helping with homework, or planning engaging activities, I'm committed to providing dependable, high-quality care.
