My name is Carolina, and I grew up in Lorton, a small town in Nebraska. I have always been surrounded by supportive people in my life, which has encouraged me to accomplish the things I want in life, including obtaining my Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Therefore, I am on track to become an RN in two years. While I am in school, I am looking for a job that involves the care of children to help parents who may need it. I have volunteered at an after-school program where I gained hands-on experience working with elementary-aged children. During my time there, I engaged with the children by helping them with their homework, organizing games, and fostering a comfortable environment where they could learn and socialize with one another.
