About Gabriella

Hi! I’m Gabriella, and I have over five years of experience working with children of all ages in educational and childcare settings. I currently serve as the Lead Teacher for SHINE, an early childhood program where I create engaging lesson plans, lead story time, organize arts and crafts, manage classroom routines, and work closely with children ages 3–6 and their families. I also spent five years as a Leadership Counselor and Afterschool Coordinator at the YMCA, where I supervised children, planned fun and educational activities, helped with homework, and created a safe, supportive environment for every child. In addition, I work in behavioral therapy, supporting children in reaching developmental and behavioral goals with patience, encouragement, and individualized care. These experiences have strengthened my ability to connect with children of different personalities and needs while maintaining a calm, nurturing, and structured environment. I love creating meaningful experiences through games, crafts, reading, outdoor play, and creative activities that keep children engaged while helping them learn and grow. My goal is to make every child feel safe, valued, and excited to spend time together. I understand the importance of clear communication with parents and will always care for your children with the same kindness, responsibility, and attention I would want for my own family.
