About Dakota
Hello! My name is Dakota. I am a Psychology major at UNC Asheville, and I will be interning at Asheville Middle School this fall. I have experience working with children through roles as a swim coach and camp counselor for kids ages 10–13, along with experience caring for younger children as well. Working with kids is something I’m passionate about, and I hope to continue doing so in my future career. I strive to create a fun, safe, and supportive environment where children feel comfortable and cared for. I am responsible, patient, and happy to help with anything from playtime and activities to homework and routines!
