About Miyahnwi
Hello, my name is Miyah. I am a psychology scholar at NCAT, and I have lots of experience with kids through volunteer work and mentorship, as well as from developmental psych courses/workshops. I am the oldest of four siblings and I also have a boatload of little cousins. My family has always referred to me as a “baby-whisperer” because babies have always been fond of me since I was in grade school. I enjoy working with kids of all age groups because they all come with a different set of joys and challenges. I am very empathetic and I really value communication. I treat every teardrop from a child’s eyes, and boo-boo on their body very seriously and I try my absolute to communicate with them and make them feel heard. That’s me in a nutshell!
