About Petra
Hi, I'm Petra! I am a 21 year old Elon University student majoring in Human Service Studies. I have been working with kids since I was 15 and have worked with ages 3 months to 13 years. I have experience working as a babysitter, nanny, camp counselor, and in after-school care. I love working with children of all ages but I specialize in early childhood (0-5 years old) and have a passion for working with infants and toddlers. I have academic experience studying early childhood physical, cognitive, and socioemotional development and am well versed in best practices for developmentally appropriate early childhood care. I am also CPR, AED, and first aid certified. I am very comfortable around dogs and I do not smoke. I am licensed driver and have a car with space for car seats.
