About Jailyn

Hi! I’m Jailyn, a dedicated childcare professional with a genuine love for children and years of experience caring for and working with them. I’ve been caring for children since I was young myself, and I’ve spent the last 6–7 years doing so professionally. My experience began with in-home nannying and babysitting before transitioning into daycare and classroom settings. I’ve worked with children ages 3–15 through babysitting, nannying, daycare, tutoring, and education. Most recently, I worked as a Pre-K teacher with Jackson Public Schools, supporting children academically, socially, and emotionally. Throughout my professional experience, I’ve completed multiple trainings, certificates, and professional development programs focused on child development, classroom management, safety, and learning strategies. I’m also organized, dependable, creative, and responsible, with experience managing homes, classrooms, coordinating activities, tutoring, as well as running my own business. I bring a combination of professional experience, strong organizational and communication skills, patience, and most importantly a genuine passion for caring for children. My goal is always to make children feel safe, comfortable, supported, and encouraged while giving parents peace of mind that their child is in good hands.
