About Chaumila

I have experience working with children in both school and childcare settings. Through my work in schools, I have supported students by supervising classroom activities, assisting with learning, encouraging positive behavior, and helping create a safe and welcoming environment. I also have childcare experience that includes supervising playtime, preparing meals and snacks, helping with homework, and maintaining daily routines. I am currently a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where I work one-on-one with children to support their communication, social, and behavioral goals using evidence-based strategies. This role has strengthened my patience, problem-solving, and ability to provide individualized care while building positive relationships with children and their families. As a psychology student, I am passionate about child development and creating a fun, safe, and nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. I am dependable, attentive, and committed to providing families with high-quality, compassionate care.
