About Erin

Living in wonder at our world, I love inviting children to experience that wonder by learning through creative activities, time spent outside, reading, and playing! I have been doing childcare professionally for children ages 4 months to 13 years old since I was 13 myself! I loved hosting others in my own home, and enjoyed employment as a barista and as a kitchen manager, as well as participating in community sports such as Ultimate Frisbee

My senior year, I participated in and won “Miss Hard Work U” (similar to homecoming queen but as a scholarship program focusing on character and integrity with networking events and community outreach), I did a work study at The Writing Center for two years—coaching students of all skill levels through the College’s writing program, I did a work study at The Keeter Center as a kitchen student manager for two years—guiding students to be comfortable and excel in new experiences, I was involved in campus student activities and performed as a singer in a band for several events!
