I’m a 21-year-old psychology student at St. Olaf College with five years of childcare experience, including caring for children with ADHD, autism, and other neurodevelopmental differences. Safety, clear communication, and consistency are always my top priorities. I’m known for being calm, patient, and attentive, and I’m especially mindful of sensory needs and individual routines. I do well with children who benefit from a quieter, steady presence and predictable structure. I have experience caring for children ranging from toddlers to early teens. I’m happy to help with light housekeeping, school pickups, swimming supervision, homework support, or simply spending quality time with your kids when you need a break or an extra set of hands. I respect household rules, screen-time limits, and parenting styles, and I’m comfortable following detailed care plans. I communicate clearly with parents and can provide updates during or after shifts if that’s helpful. I have a valid driver’s license and am available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 2:00–8:00 PM, Tuesday and Thursday from 12:00–8:00 PM, and weekends anytime. I love animals, being outdoors, and creating calm, engaging, and meaningful moments with kids. I’d love to support your family however I can.
