About Emmalene

Hi! My name is Emmalene! I love kids and working with them, and I have lots of previous experience as a lifeguard (although I am not currently certified for anything), working at a school’s daycare where I would manage 2-15 kids (grades 1-7) with someone else at Zion in Alexandria, and I have two nieces under five that I have done a lot of short-term care for. I am also very comfortable with pets and petcare, as long as they are okay with me smelling like my cat! I love to cook and would be very willing to help out with meals for your family, and I am comfortable doing light housework. My boyfriend has extensive allergies, so I have experience in working around them in food. I have previously been certified in first aid, CPR, and lifeguarding, but as I said, I am not currently certified. I’m willing to travel and I can be flexible with pay, especially considering that I don’t have a lot of specific babysitting experience for families. I can start as soon as possible.
