Hello! My name is Brande R, and I’m a dedicated individual beginning my journey in the nanny industry. I’m 20 years old and living in my hometown Fargo, North Dakota. I am outgoing, friendly, and passionate about fostering positive and nurturing environments for children. I believe in building meaningful connections through play, learning, creativity, and mutual respect. I love being outdoors, dancing, coloring, listening to music, baking and playing games. Interests that I love to share with the children I care for! In 2024, I had the opportunity to teach a classroom of 12 children in the 2-3-year-old age group. I absolutely loved being their teacher and cherished the chance to watch them grow and learn. Over time, I realized that while I thrive in childcare, I am best suited for more intimate settings, where I can focus on one-on-one care or work with a smaller group of children. I am eager to learn, highly adaptable, and committed to open communication with parents to ensure their child’s well-being and development.
