About Rebecca

I have three children, ages 20, 23, and 25. I have worked as a "lunch lady" at the local middle school for the past three years. Prior to that I worked at an assisted living facility for eight years. This has allowed me flexibility to raise my children, especially my son who is autistic and does not yet have his driver's license. I have a master's degree in Teaching and Learning, and an undergraduate degree in Social Work. I was out of the work force for many years in order to raise my children so am not currently certified in teaching, but did get a degree from the University of Southern Maine to teach grades K-8, prior to the birth of my first child in 1999. I have worked in a preschool as well as a primary school over the years. My current job hours are 7am-1:30pm, which would allow me to be available for after school care. I absolutely love children and babies and miss having little ones around. I would love to find a position with consistent hours and some flexibility.
