Hi!! My name is Sierra, I’m 26 years old and recently moved here a few months ago from Maryland for my on-screen acting and musical theater career! Most recently, I was a Middle & Upper School dance teacher at a Maryland private school for 3 years, but have been teaching children of all backgrounds and abilities, ages 2+, for 7 years now. I was also a substitute teacher for 3 years in MD and just obtained my Sub License for CPS! I am a reliable, active, loving and organized babysitter/nanny of 11 years and have only ever had positive relationships with my kids (and their adults). I love to come up with creative activities to do with my nanny kids and pride myself in being able to genuinely connect with children of all ages. As you can tell by now, my life has pretty much always revolved around kids haha and I wouldn’t have it any other way :) My teaching philosophy bleeds into my practices as a caregiver and I am more than happy to discuss that in more detail, if you are interested.
