About Daniella

I have two years of paid childcare experience working as an activity leader with KidsCo, where I supported children ages 5–12 in an after‑school setting. My responsibilities included supervising groups during homework time, leading structured activities, managing transitions, and maintaining a safe, positive environment. I regularly communicated with families about daily updates, behavior, and accomplishments to build trust and consistency. In addition to my paid role, I have volunteered at youth events and school programs, assisting with games, crafts, and group supervision. These experiences strengthened my ability to adapt quickly, stay organized, and create engaging activities for different age groups.
