About Tiara

Hi! I’m a current student at Morgan State University, majoring in nursing with the goal of becoming a labor and delivery nurse and eventually a midwife. I’m originally from Brooklyn, New York, and recently relocated to Maryland. I have a strong love for working with children and supporting families. As an aunt to five nieces and nephews ranging from ages 2 to 15, I’ve gained hands-on experience caring for children at different developmental stages. In addition, I’ve worked as a daycare aide where I provided individualized attention to children from 6 weeks to 12 years old, ensuring their emotional and social needs were met. My responsibilities included maintaining accurate daily records, supporting smooth transitions between activities, assisting with potty training, and creating a clean, safe, and structured environment for every child. I’m patient, attentive, gentle, compassionate and dedicated to making sure children feel comfortable, engaged, and cared for. I look forward to helping families by providing reliable and compassionate childcare.
