About Isabella

I am a responsible, caring, and organized college student currently studying Marketing at Loyola University Maryland. I am spending the fall semester studying abroad in Madrid, Spain. I have 3 years of experience as a private nanny, as well as 2 summers of experience working as a camp counselor. These experiences have allowed me to work with children of different ages and personalities while developing strong communication, organization, and leadership skills. As a private nanny, I have cared for three children and helped manage their daily routines and schedules. My responsibilities have included coordinating pickups and drop-offs, organizing activities, preparing meals and snacks, helping with homework, and making sure the children are safe, happy, and supervised. I have also learned how to balance multiple children’s individual needs while creating a positive and comfortable environment. As a camp counselor for two summers, I was responsible for supervising groups of children, leading activities, keeping children engaged, and creating a fun and safe environment. This experience strengthened my ability to work with groups, handle different personalities, and stay calm and responsible in busy situations. I enjoy planning activities that keep children engaged, including arts and crafts, games, outdoor activities, reading, and other age-appropriate activities. I understand that every child is different, so I try to be patient, flexible, and attentive to their individual needs and interests. I take my responsibilities seriously and understand the importance of building trust with both children and their parents. I am dependable, energetic, and genuinely enjoy working with children. I love being able to build relationships with them, watch them learn and grow, and be a positive person in their lives.
