About Eleana

Hi! My name is Eleana, and I have over three years of experience working with children of all ages. Since I was 14 years old, I have worked as a summer camp counselor, supervising and engaging children from kindergarten through 5th grade. My responsibilities included leading activities, organizing games and crafts, ensuring children’s safety, helping resolve conflicts, supervising field trips, and creating a fun and positive environment for every camper. In addition to camp counseling, I worked at Little Learners Daycare last summer and am currently returning for another summer. I have experience caring for children ranging from 12 months old through school-age children (Kindergarten–1st grade). My responsibilities include supervising playtime, assisting with meals and snacks, supporting learning activities, helping with nap routines, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and providing attentive, nurturing care throughout the day. I am currently a college student at Loyola University Maryland majoring in Communication Sciences and Disorders with plans to become a Speech Pathologist. My experiences have strengthened my patience, communication skills, and passion for helping children learn and grow. I am responsible, dependable, and nurturing, and I strive to create a safe, engaging, and caring environment for every child. I am currently looking for babysitting and other childcare side jobs and would love the opportunity to support your family!
