Hello! My name is Sarah, and I am a compassionate, dependable, and experienced caregiver who is passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for children of all ages. I earned my B.A. in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Boston and am currently pursuing my M.Ed. in Counseling. My education has strengthened my understanding of child development, emotional well-being, and the importance of building positive, trusting relationships with children and families. In addition to over 10 years of babysitting experience with children ages 2–15, I bring a strong professional background working with children of diverse abilities. I have experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism, and I have spent the past two years working as a paraprofessional supporting students with a wide range of disabilities. These roles have taught me patience, flexibility, strong communication skills, and how to meet each child's unique needs with empathy and respect. Whether we're playing games, doing crafts, helping with homework, spending time outdoors, or simply following a familiar routine, I strive to make every child feel safe, heard, and valued.
