Hi! My name is Druscilla, and I’m an experienced educator with over 9 years of experience working with children and families. I have a Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Special Education, and I have worked with children of various ages, personalities, and learning needs. I’m patient, caring, dependable, and attentive, and I genuinely enjoy helping children feel safe, comfortable, and supported. My experience as a special education teacher has taught me how to be flexible and patient, communicate effectively, and meet each child where they are. I’m also comfortable working with children who may need a little extra patience, structure, or encouragement. I enjoy creating a positive environment where children can have fun while also feeling cared for and respected. Whether we’re playing games, doing crafts, reading, completing homework, or simply having a quiet evening together, I’m happy to make sure your child feels comfortable and engaged. As a parent, I understand how important it is to feel comfortable with the person caring for your child. I take that responsibility seriously and will always do my best to provide the same level of care, patience, and attention that I would want for my own family.
