About Ailana

I started working with children through youth camps, where I discovered how much I enjoy helping kids learn, grow, and have fun. I also have experience tutoring children, which strengthened my ability to be patient, encourage learning, and adapt to each child’s individual needs. In addition, I help care for my younger brother regularly, giving me hands-on experience with daily routines and responsibilities. I am also a recent college graduate, and I enjoy creating positive, engaging experiences for children while helping them build confidence and learn new skills. In my spare time, I enjoy playing volleyball, exercising, and doing arts and crafts. I love incorporating creative and active activities into my time with children. One thing families should know about me is that I am a great cook, adaptable, and respectful of each family’s routines and household expectations. I strive to create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel supported and cared for.
