Hi! My name is Lilli, and I'm 23 years old. I have several years of childcare experience, starting with babysitting throughout my teenage years and continuing during college. Working with children has always been something I genuinely enjoy, and I'm passionate about creating a safe, fun, and positive environment where kids can learn, play, and feel comfortable. I currently work as a middle school teacher with the Henderson County School District, which has strengthened my skills in communication, patience, organization, and managing children with a variety of personalities and needs. My experience in the classroom has taught me how to build trusting relationships with both children and parents while maintaining a structured and caring environment. Whether it's helping with homework, planning engaging activities, preparing simple meals, or sticking to bedtime routines, I'm happy to support your family's needs. I understand how important it is to have someone you can trust with your children, and I take that responsibility seriously.
