About Daysha

Hi! My name is Daysha, and I’m a compassionate and experienced caregiver based in Louisville, KY. I’ve worked professionally with children since 2022, including as a Teacher’s Aid at the Early Learning Campus, where I supported infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children in structured classroom environments. I’m currently a Patient Care Assistant at Norton Audubon Hospital, which has strengthened my skills in safety, hygiene, communication, and monitoring well-being. I am CPR certified, trained in infection-control practices, and experienced in providing attentive care while maintaining a calm and nurturing attitude. I have worked with children from newborns to elementary-aged, and I enjoy creating safe, developmentally appropriate activities that support learning, creativity, and play. I pride myself on being patient, reliable, and professional, and I treat every child as if they were my own—with kindness, respect, and encouragement.
