About Rose

Hello there! I am a licensed teacher and experienced sitter looking to connect with families to provide top-notch, hands-on summer childcare :) I have over ten years of experience educating and caring for children between the ages of 2 months and 12 years old, including children with special needs. I currently teach 2nd grade, and I could not love it more! For all four years of college, I worked as an assistant teacher at an early childhood school, where I primarily worked with infants and toddlers. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in education as well a professional educator license. As a care provider, I am gentle, calm, creative, and engaged. My favorite activities to do with kiddos include nature walks, art projects, and dramatic play! I do not smoke and have a car. I’d love to talk more about how I can be a part of a “village” for you and your child!
