About Aniyah

Hi! My name is Aniyah, and I'm a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) student at DePaul University with a passion for caring for children. I have experience working with kids (infant-preteen) as a teacher assistant at early learning centers and through community mentoring programs, where I supported children's learning, social development, and emotional well-being. In addition to my professional experience, I've spent years helping care for my younger siblings and several summers at my mother’s nonprofit daycare, Centers for New Horizons, giving me hands-on experience with daily routines, homework help, meals, playtime, and creating a safe, fun environment. My healthcare background, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and experience working with pediatric patients have strengthened my ability to be responsible and attentive in any situation. I strive to provide warm and dependable care that gives parents peace of mind while ensuring their children feel safe, supported, and engaged.
