About Mikayla
Hi! I’m Mikayla. I’m 18 (19 this October) and a Junior at Boise State studying Social Work (graduating with bachelor’s in Dec 27). I graduated high school and started college at the age of 16. I have been working with children for 6 years now. I have experience with infants all the way to preteens. I am studying online, as I am a caregiver for my 87-year-old grandmother in the meantime (2 years full time experience with geriatric care). As a social work student, I can guarantee that I uphold the most important principles of child caring, including empathy, passionate, and nurture. I have references upon request! A little about my personal life: I love dogs, I love to be creative (stamp making/linocutting/drawing/writing), and I love all music! I am CPR and first aid certified in adults AND infants through Idaho CPR.
