About Emily

Hi! My name is Emily I’m an elementary education major and I have several years of experience caring for children from newborns to 12 years old. I've been nannying since 2024 and have also grown up babysitting for cousins, family friends, and local families for many years. I also have experience volunteering in my hometown church nursery where I also taught Sunday school in a 1st-grade classroom. Throughout all of these experiences, I have learned how to create a safe, fun, and supportive environment where children can learn, grow, and feel comfortable. I enjoy engaging kids in creative activities, outdoor play, crafts, and age-appropriate learning opportunities while maintaining routines and expectations set by parents. I am responsible, patient, dependable, and passionate about building positive relationships with both children and families. My goal is always to provide reliable care while helping children feel happy, safe, and cared for. I am CPR and First Aid certified! ⛑️🩹 I am very flexible and happy to assist with cooking, carpooling (I have a reliable vehicle), housekeeping, travel, swimming activities, and approved outings!
