Hi! I’m Ava and i’m a 20 year old working as a full time lead 2 year old teacher in Meridian, Idaho! I have had a passion for working with children since I was little and have over 6 years of experience with children, including 4 years in a daycare setting. At Boise State, I studied Early Childhood Education and American Sign Language and also took all the classes that were offered related to childhood education in High School. I am certified in Adult and Pediatric first aid and cpr. I am passionate about helping children reach physical, emotional, and social milestones no matter what age they are. I am patient, empathetic, trustworthy and prioritize safety when caring for children. I am looking for night and weekend jobs and am also willing to do chores like dishes or laundry if/when children are asleep and can prepare meals! I prioritize communication and comfortability with families whilst taking care of their children. Throughout my experience, I have primarily cared for infants and toddlers but also have experience with preschool aged children and elementary age :)
