About Kristin

Hello! I am a previous nanny (all through college) and am currently the mom to 4 amazing teens. I have a background in education, a Language Arts endorsement, and a Special Education endorsement. I own and operate a non-profit (Riptide Community Closet) that helps low-income families in the area cover costs and gear so all kids can participate in extracurricular activities. I absolutely love kids, and have a passion for working with them. I believe in joyful, well-rounded childhoods. I can guarantee dance parties, silly songs, cookie baking, lots of stories, and outside adventures. I am creative and flexible. 21 years later, I STILL have a good relationship with the family I was a nanny for. I would prefer something part time or flexible schedule, as I am active in my own kids' lives- they just don't need me as much anymore! I also have the best husband, 3 indoor cats, 4 outdoor cats, and 8 chickens- so I am pet-friendly.
