Hi! My name is Natalie P, and I am 21 years old. I’m currently a student at Drake University, pursuing my undergraduate degree in Strategic Political Communication with plans to attend law school after graduation. I also study Music, Law and Business, and Spanish, areas that reflect my wide range of interests and help me connect with people in meaningful and creative ways. I’ve always loved building strong relationships with others, which is part of what draws me to both law and working with children. I come from a big family with four siblings, so I’ve been around kids my whole life, and I’ve been caring for kids since my second year of high school, when I started babysitting for family friends. That early experience taught me a lot about patience, creativity, and responsibility, skills I continue to carry with me in all areas of life. This year studied abroad in Spain, which was an incredible opportunity to experience new cultures, practice my Spanish, and grow more independent and open-minded. During my time abroad, I also had the amazing opportunity to help tutor English to some children. When I’m not studying or working, I enjoy learning new instruments and languages, spending time in nature, and making memories with friends and family. People often describe me as creative and fun, respectful and caring, and dependable and tidy. Whether I’m mentoring younger students, working a campus job, or spending time with kids, I bring a lot of energy and genuine care to everything I do. I’m excited to bring those same values into your home, and I’d love the chance to get to know your family!
