About Tayli
Hi! My name is Tayli, and I’m based on Oʻahu. I have four years of experience supporting children, including two years as a Registered Behavior Technician and experience as an educational assistant and paraprofessional in Hawaiʻi public schools. I’ve worked with preschool and school-aged children, including children with autism and different communication and support needs. My work has taught me the importance of patience, consistency, and getting to know each child as an individual. I enjoy helping children learn, play, and build confidence, whether through creative activities, reading, or active play. I’m comfortable following family routines and supporting children through big feelings with a calm, caring approach. I aim to create a safe, welcoming environment where children feel understood and parents feel comfortable leaving them in my care.
