About Cyntasia

I'd describe my personality as caring and compassionate, responsible, and also trustworthy. I like working with kids because they bring joy into people lives. I've always been around kids my whole life growing up so watching the little ones grow and develop into their own personalities is such a beautiful thing to me. I'm looking for a job that is a comfortable and safe environment, clear expectations, manageable workload, consistent schedule, and respectful communication. I've worked/cared for kids my whole life. I've always been the go to babysitter for my family based off of how I cared for them while their parents were away. One thing you should know about me is that your child will always be in good hands with me. I'm very respectful and amazing with kids. I will care for them as if they were my own family. My skills include patience and empathy, abiding by the parent's desired rules that are in place, and communicating with the parents about the child's needs.
