Hi! My name is Shirley, and I am an 18-year-old student at Georgia Southern University pursuing a degree in Pediatric Nursing. I have been babysitting since I was 13 years old and have experience caring for children ranging from newborns to school-age children. Over the years, I have built strong relationships with families and can provide multiple references upon request. At age 16, I began working at a daycare center in my hometown, where I gained professional childcare experience in a structured environment. Since recently moving to Statesboro for college, I no longer work there, but my passion for caring for children continues to grow. I am responsible, patient, dependable, and truly enjoy helping children learn, grow, and feel safe. Whether it's caring for newborns, helping toddlers reach developmental milestones, assisting with homework, preparing meals, supervising activities, or maintaining daily routines, I strive to provide a safe, fun, and nurturing environment. My goal is to give parents peace of mind knowing their children are in caring and capable hands.
