Over the past few years, I’ve worked closely with a private family to oversee both daily childcare and total household operations. I really value building long-term relationships with the families I work for, and I even relocated with my previous family from Charleston to Pennsylvania for a short time to help ease the transition and keep things consistent for the kids while they got adjusted! On the nanny side, my focus is always on creating a safe, structured, and engaging environment where kids can thrive. I handle everything from daily transportation, school logistics, and meal prep to planning fun, age-appropriate developmental activities that keep kids active and learning. I really prioritize open, daily communication with parents so everyone stays on the same page regarding routines, milestones, and behavioral growth. As a household manager, I take care of the moving parts behind the scenes to keep family life running smoothly. This includes managing busy family schedules and medical appointments, handling home office organization and grocery procurement, coordinating with third-party vendors, and keeping track of specialized dietary needs. I take a lot of pride in being a reliable, proactive partner for the families I work with—bringing both structured organization and genuine, warm care to the home.
