About Andrea

Hi, my name is Andrea! I am a passionate and dedicated early childhood educator with more than six years of experience working with children through schools, daycare programs, babysitting, and nannying. I currently work as a Pre-K teacher at The Goddard School, where I enjoy creating engaging, hands-on learning experiences that encourage children to explore, grow, and express themselves. I earned my Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education and am continuing my education to earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Education. I am also CPR and Fire Safety certified. As a bilingual educator who speaks English and Spanish, I value building meaningful relationships with children and helping every child feel welcomed, understood, and included. My experience has strengthened my skills in lesson planning, classroom management, parent communication, co-teaching, and supporting children with different learning and behavioral needs. I especially love incorporating creativity, movement, art, and play into the classroom. My goal is to provide a safe, nurturing, and positive environment where children feel confident, loved, and excited to learn each day.
