Hi families! My name is Kailey J, and I am a caring, dependable, and energetic nanny with a true passion for working with children. I am currently a sophomore at Clark Atlanta University, majoring in Early Childhood Education, and I am a proud first-generation college student. Working with children is more than a job for me, it’s my calling. I have hands-on experience working with children of various ages through my time at a daycare, volunteering at a sleepaway summer camp, and serving as a counselor with The GEMS Camp, where I am entering my third year. These experiences have helped me develop strong skills in child development, classroom management, and creating fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities. I strive to create a safe, nurturing, and positive environment where children feel supported, encouraged, and confident. I enjoy helping with learning activities, homework support, routines, and creative play. I am patient, responsible, and attentive, and I take pride in being someone families can trust with their children. I believe in open communication with parents and working as a team to support each child’s individual needs.
