About Tori

My name is Tori M and I am currently attending Berry College and majoring in elementary education. I love working with kids and have wanted to be a kindergarten teacher since I was in kindergarten myself. I believe that every child deserves the chance at a proper education and life, and that all starts with the basics and someone who values them. I am both CPR and first aid certified and have also completed 20hrs of online training with Pro Solutions. I have worked in a daycare with ages 1-10 for two years. In the classrooms, I was responsible for feeding the children, maintaining a sanitary environment by cleaning regularly, changing diapers and helping potty train, lead group dances, redirect the children professionally, and making sure each and every child is playing kindly with one another. I have also worked in the kitchen prepping/cooking meals for the entire center. Alongside teaching, I work as an administrator where I help my supervisors and other employees with specific tasks, opening and closing the center each day, enter specific data in the computer, and receive weekly payments by check or cash.
